A small floating button appears above your keyboard whenever you tap a text box, in any app. Hold it or tap it, talk, and the words are typed into the box. It runs OpenAI's Whisper on the phone through sherpa-onnx, and the model is part of the roughly 115 MB download, so there is no second download and no account.
Your audio is transcribed on the device and discarded. The app only uses the internet for a check for new versions, an anonymous once-a-day usage ping that can be turned off in Settings, and Pro activation if you buy it.
